The kitchen layout provides practical functionality, allowing multiple tenants the ability to cook at any time. With an oversized stone benchtop and seating for 3 people the kitchen, the kitchen draws tenants together to build a sense of community and belonging. Each occupant is afforded a dedicated lockable pantry.

Laundry

The laundry has been designed to improve the day to day liveability of the home, and unlike a typical shared home, has both a washing machine and a dryer

Storage

High on the wish-list for tenants is storage. Typically a tenant will be forced to rent a small storage facility nearby, however with Reward by Gallery providing dedicated garages for 2 tenants and an additional living area for the 3rd tenant, we save the tenant money and as a result, increase the longevity of each tenancy.

As part of a rigorous due-diligence and research program, Reward by Gallery have identified where you can build a Reward by Gallery and what planning and construction specifications need to be adhered to, for a Reward by Gallery to be compliant.
