No. Our due diligence around the demand for a Reward by Gallery is a pre-requisite to all of our homes. Any location that doesn’t show a strong requirement for this type of accommodation we will simply not offer it. Keep in the context that this style of accommodation will be the cheapest per week rent amounts across the majority of rental listing platforms, such as flatmates.com.au, realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, etc.
